Dave Golia, Esq.
Dave Golia began his legal career in 1985 with a regional law firm specializing in government contracts, public works construction, private and commercial construction, and business litigation. Subsequently, he was recruited by the international firm of Finley, Kumble, Wagner, Heine, Underberg, Manley, Myerson & Casey, where he represented Fortune 500 clients and litigated complex and multimillion-dollar cases. Later, he and Mr. Marks founded Marks & Golia, LLP, where they practiced construction law together for over 20 years. From 2011 to 2018, Mr. Golia was an executive with a large public and private works construction company.
Throughout the course of his legal career, Mr. Golia has represented clients in litigation involving construction, business disputes, real estate and regulatory matters. He has tried numerous jury trials, bench trials, administrative hearings and arbitrations, many lasting more than 20 trial days. He has won cases before numerous California trial and appellate courts and has also been involved in a number of published appellate decisions.
Mr. Golia is a member of the California bar. He has practiced before the California state and federal courts, the United States Court of Federal Claims, the Engineering Board of Contract Appeals, and the Arizona state courts. He has served on several committees of the San Diego
Chapter of the Associated General Contractors of America, and was on its Board of Directors in 2005, 2006 and 2008. Mr. Golia earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego, where he was a member of the San Diego Law Review.
Conor M. Dale, Esq.
Conor M. Dale brings a background in both litigation and transactional law to his legal practice. Prior to joining the firm, Conor’s experience included business litigation and securities law. Before beginning his career in law, Conor spent five years as a compliance professional, navigating regulatory and statutory requirements.
Conor is a member of the California State Bar. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court Executive Board and research editor of the San Diego Law Review. Conor received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington State University.
